About Kilian
I am a sophomore at George Mason University studying kinesiology with a minor in nutrition. I've had a 4.0 my entire college and high school career and have had the top grades in my anatomy and physiology classes. I am so interested in exercise physiology. I am currently a competitive distance runner and I've competed Division 1 for my former college in Kentucky. I'm very passionate about sports and how our bodies move. As a runner, I have a lot of experience and knowledge of the subject. My future career plan is to become an exercise physiologist.

I have learned various study and learning methods over my years in high school and college. I understand not everyone learns the same way, so I am very adaptable to find your personal learning style. Typically, I like to have the student lead the session with whatever questions or concerns they have. If they don't need to learn it or already know it, I shouldn't teach them that unnecessary information. I'm currently in college, so I am younger and understand that younger brains work differently. These lessons are for high school/intro college students (200 level). My strongest knowledge base is in muscles, bones and physiology.
