I am a prospective master's student, looking to continue my studies in anthropology and museum practice. I am also a painter and a keen reader. Looking to teach to give back what the brilliant English teachers I had in school provided me.

I focus on the importance if contextualising reading, having discussions about why it's relevant today with an engaging approach. There's no point in studying a subject if you can't find a way to make it interesting and relate to it personally. Anything can be read as a 'text', from objects, to films, to classical poetry. I am able to reframe coursework for students not usually inclined to liking the subject, and can take those who are passionate about it already to the next level.
