I would offer a free demo class of 30 minutes to start the session where I would discuss the way of teaching that particular student and would give them an overview of the syllabus and how much time would it take to cover thoroughly.
After that, I would take frequent class tests to check the progress of the students.

She is an amazing teacher, who focuses on the core of each subject. So if you are planning to get a good teacher for Bio science them she might be the best answer for you. She would take frequent tests to check where the student stands after each module.
