About Beth
I have LAMDA qualifications inclusive up to Gold in Verse, Prose, and Acting, where of course elocution, dedication and confidence is key. Having studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and seen it's many successful applications, I am confident that together we can get that stress down and confidence up!
