I love to teach because I am passionate about problem solving. I specialise in creating fun interactive learning methods that combine your motivations and interests to help target your learning needs. My experience surf coaching combined with my passion for languages and linguistics has lead me to academic tutoring.

I believe that motivation and creative approaches to learning produce success. I pride myself in finding ways to make learning relevant to the interests and preffered ways of learning of my students. Lessons are typically 50 minutes long. I have three years of surf coaching experience and 6 months experience as an English tutor. I have found my experience as a sports coach has been invaluable in English tutoring as it allows me to approach the learning from the perspective of what best suits and is relevant to the student.
