About Kate
I have 2 degrees and have been teaching English as a second language for a year online and on a casual basis for many years. I have been tutoring French and Spanish from the ages of 6-18 and have helped many students pass their GCSE exams and AS level exams. I strive to make learning languages as fun as possible stepping away from outdated grammar orientated and leaning towards more fun activity based lessons making learning languages fun for all.

Kate is a highly qualified exceptional tutor. She teaches Spanish to my two teenagers . They have come on in leaps and bounds since Kate started tutoring them. Kate is an emphatic tutor who will always go the extra mile for her students. She is a total professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a Spanish tutor .
Kate was an excellent tutor for my younger brother. He really struggled with Spanish in school because he found lessons boring and was really motivated to learn. Kate managed to teach him in a way that was fun, inventive but was specific to my brothers needs. She managed in the space of a year to progress my brother from a predicted grade of 5 at GCSE to an 8.
Helped me move from the bottom to the top set in GCSE Spanish. A great teacher and really fun lessons!
