About Bodil
Hello,
I am an openminded free spirit with a wide range of life experience! As a native Swede with a heart for traveling I have a lot of experience in overcoming language barriers, and I know first hand how much more of a culture you are able to take part in simply by learning the language.
After graduating high school I worked for about a year as a substitute teacher, and enjoyed it so much that I decided to become a teacher myself.
I started at Jönköping University 2007, thinking that I would take a year abroad as an exchange student. That did not happen. Instead I became very active in a program helping exchange students in Sweden to settle and learn a bit of the language, which was one of the things I appreciated the most during my studies!
When I had about a year left of my education , I decided to move to Uppsala University and finish my degree there. To be completely honest with you, I still need to finish my thesis to complete a Master's degree of English Teaching, which I am not quite sure that I will ..
But I do love teaching, and I am good at it!
The way I see it every encounter with a person is an opportunity to learn, and I learn a lot from teaching others. I would love to help you reach your language goals, whatever they may be!
