About Sam
I am a graduate (2019) of the University of Sheffield. I studied a BA Modern Languages degree in Spanish, Catalan and Italian. I have taught private classes previously to individual secondary students in the UK, and in Mallorca, where I undertook my year abroad. I also taught small groups of children in Mallorca so am flexible as to whether I teach groups or individuals.

My teaching method depends on the goal of the learner. For example, if the individual is taking classes in order to help with exams, I usually advise working directly towards them by means of past papers, for example. However, I generally encourage all students to immerse themselves in the language, whether that be via games, reading articles/texts, or watching programmes or films.
