About Ellie
Hi, I’m Ellie, and I am passionate about helping primary school children grow in confidence and enjoy learning. I provide supportive, engaging, and personalised tutoring tailored to each child’s individual needs and learning style.
My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and interactive. I break topics down into simple, manageable steps and use a variety of techniques, including visual aids, practice activities, and educational games, to keep lessons enjoyable and effective. I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and confident enough to ask questions and learn from mistakes.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are carefully planned to suit the student’s age, ability, and goals. Whether a child needs extra support with core subjects, help preparing for assessments, or simply a confidence boost, I aim to create a positive learning environment where they can thrive academically and personally.
I have experience working with primary-aged children across different abilities and understand the importance of adapting lessons to keep students motivated and engaged. I pride myself on being reliable, professional, and approachable, while maintaining high standards in both communication and teaching.
My lessons are suitable for primary school students of all abilities, and I always strive to help children build strong foundations, improve their confidence, and develop a positive attitude towards learning.

Hi, I’m Ellie, and I specialise in tutoring primary school children in a supportive, engaging, and encouraging environment. I aim to make learning enjoyable while helping children build confidence and develop strong foundational skills.
