About Laura Alejandra
I am a native Spanish speaker with a background in communication and a genuine love for teaching and languages.
I have experience working with students from different countries and backgrounds, which has helped me develop a patient and flexible teaching style. I believe people learn best when they feel comfortable, so my lessons are relaxed but well-structured, with clear goals and plenty of opportunities to practise speaking from the very beginning.
Language is closely connected to culture, and I love bringing that into my classes. My favourite book is One Hundred Years of Solitude, and I often use short texts, stories, and Latin American music as learning tools to explore vocabulary, expressions, and cultural context in an engaging way.

I offer personalised Spanish lessons designed to help you communicate confidently from day one. My approach focuses on real-life Spanish, cultural context, and building fluency in a supportive and motivating environment.
My lessons are student-centred and practical. I combine conversation-based learning with structured grammar, vocabulary building, and listening practice. We work with real materials such as articles, videos, podcasts, and everyday scenarios, so you learn Spanish as it is actually used. Lessons are adapted to your goals, whether you want to travel, work, study, or simply feel more confident speaking. I place strong emphasis on pronunciation, comprehension, and active use of the language rather than memorisation.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on your needs and availability.
