About Poggy
I have a background in teaching yoga, singing, songwriting and performing. I have also practised reiki and forrest bathing for many years. i have always had a very strong connection to nature and like to encourage others to establish their own connection too. I have a love of dance too and animals.

I am passionate about connecting people back to nature using yoga, movement, forest bathing as well as sound healing through music , sound healing tools and the voice. I teach you how to ground yourself and connect to yourself. I also use the art/teaching of Ho'oponopono and the Law of Attraction as a way to help people with their lives
