About Megan
I’m currently a second-year law student at university. During secondary school, I was a prefect and studied Higher Maths and Triple Science, which gave me a strong academic foundation.
I have always enjoyed helping others and have experience tutoring students at school, as well as babysitting. My mum is also a private tutor, so tutoring and helping children learn has always been something I’ve been around.
Outside of university, I enjoy horse riding, running and travelling. I’m friendly, patient and approachable, and I enjoy making learning feel relaxed and easy to understand. When I’m back from university, I also enjoy spending time with my family and continuing to develop my skills.

My lessons are friendly, calm and relaxed, creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I explain things clearly and simply, making sure the student understands each step before moving on.
I have an old-school approach to teaching, meaning I believe in patience, good communication and taking the time to properly understand the basics. I like to adapt my lessons to each student and make learning feel less stressful and more enjoyable.
My main goal is for students to leave each lesson feeling more confident and understanding something that they may have previously found difficult.
