My teaching method associates with connection with each student.
I am currently a tutor so I know my way around each personality that might be presented to me as a tutor.
I believe the key is to create a relaxed environment where the student feels comfortable enough with you to ask any question possible.
I believe intimidating a student to see you as a higher more authoritative individual comes with fear in the sense that they might be too afraid to ask a question repeatedly if they don’t understand or even ask a silly question.
The key to success is to answer every question that the mind presents to you.
It allows for growth and success.
My method creates an open environment.
However I do acknowledge there’s a fine line that needs to be drawn between a friend and a tutor. So they still maintain the respect for you.
