About Malak
I’m currently a first year law student at the University of York. I’ve always loved French and have spoken it with my family and studied it from a very young age. I’m not a native speaker but I would class myself as advanced, specifically more helpful to those who consider themselves to have a lower level in French. This may not be the most academically rigorous setting, but I know that I love to communicate with people and I can promise to give you an easygoing environment where you can learn at your own pace :)

I plan on making my lessons an approachable safe space for any student :) I understand that sometimes, you need a relaxed environment where you can learn from your mistakes and feel open to corrections. I can help with reading comprehension, improving vocabulary, as well as speaking and pronunciation. We’ll use a diverse range of materials such as films and videos, funny articles, and extracts.
