About Shashank

Welcome! I’m Shashank Dubey, and I’m Here to Help You Master the Law with Confidence and Clarity. With hands-on courtroom experience, in-depth legal research, and extensive time spent in an Advocate’s chamber, I bring more than just academic knowledge to the classroom — I bring the living practice of law. I specialize in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law, and my mission is to make these subjects not only understandable but also deeply relevant to your future legal career. What You Can Expect from My Classes: Real-World Insights: You won’t just learn sections and statutes — you'll understand how they're applied in courts. I regularly bring in actual case studies, court proceedings, and procedural nuances from my personal practice. Interactive, Engaging Lessons: My teaching goes beyond lectures. I use the case method, problem-solving tasks, and open discussions to ensure that you don’t just learn the law — you learn to think like a lawyer. Structured Learning: Each class is clearly organized — starting with a recap, moving into key concepts, followed by practical analysis, and ending with a summary and Q&A to ensure no doubts are left behind. Professional Mentorship: I mentor students not just in subjects, but in skills essential for their careers — including legal drafting, research, argumentation, and courtroom conduct. Why Learn With Me? I blend academic rigor with practical legal experience. I understand what law students, judicial aspirants, and young advocates truly need. I maintain a supportive, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment where every student’s growth matters. Whether you're a law student aiming to ace your exams, a judiciary aspirant, or a young legal professional seeking practical clarity, my classes are designed to build your confidence and competence in the legal field. Let’s learn the law not just to pass exams, but to practice it with purpose. I look forward to being a part of your legal journey.

1. Teaching Techniques and Methods: My teaching is rooted in practical experience and deep academic engagement. Having worked in courtrooms, conducted personal research, and trained in an Advocate's chamber, I combine theory with real-world application. My methods include: Case Method Teaching: I frequently use landmark judgments and ongoing legal cases to illustrate legal principles in context. Interactive Lectures: Each session involves two-way interaction where students are encouraged to ask questions, analyze case facts, and think critically. Problem-Based Learning: I present hypothetical legal problems to promote legal reasoning and application of laws. Socratic Questioning: To stimulate critical thinking, I use guided questioning to help students reach conclusions through logical analysis. Use of Bare Acts and Procedural Law Demonstrations: Students are trained in reading, interpreting, and applying Bare Acts in a practical way. 2. Usual Structure of a Class: My class follows a structured yet dynamic format: Opening (5–10 mins): Brief recap of the previous topic and introduction to the current topic with its practical significance. Conceptual Explanation (20–30 mins): I break down the topic using statutes, illustrations, and case laws. Case Analysis / Discussion (15–20 mins): Group discussion or individual analysis of relevant cases or scenarios. Practical Insight (10 mins): Sharing insights from courtroom practice or chamber work relevant to the topic. Recap and Queries (5–10 mins): I summarize key takeaways and encourage students to clear doubts. 3. Special Features as a Teacher: Practice-Oriented Learning: I integrate my courtroom and chamber experience into teaching to prepare students for real-world legal practice. Legal Research Skills: I guide students on how to conduct legal research and use online databases like SCC Online, Manupatra, etc. Mentorship for Professional Development: Beyond classroom learning, I mentor students on litigation ethics, client handling, and drafting skills. Bridge Between Theory and Practice: My aim is to make students not just exam-ready, but profession-ready, with clarity on both substantive and procedural aspects. 4. Target Audience: My classes are intended for: Law Students at Undergraduate and Postgraduate Levels – especially those studying Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law. Judiciary Aspirants and Competitive Exam Candidates – who require conceptual clarity and case-based understanding. Young Legal Professionals and Interns – looking to strengthen their theoretical foundation with practical exposure.
