About Aishwarya
I won’t say I’m a professional chef, though my family insists on that but I’m someone who savors food, who puts it all to make a great meal, who believes nourishing yourself with healthy and tasty food is a form of sacred self-love. There’s no dull moment since I learned this art of cooking, and I would be honoured to share this art with the world.

India, known as the melting pot of culture, heritages its own unique type of cuisine in each of its states/regions. I come from the state of Maharashtra which literally translates to “biggest-state” of India. We have variations of lip-smacking Royal cuisines that are not only easy to make once you get used to the basics but are the most scrumptious on the planet. (At least for me) and I’m willing to pass on these secret recipes that have been passed on from the generations.

Perfect! Aishwarya is an amazing teacher! And she has a lot of tricks to share :) I would definitely recommend her.
- It was an absolute pleasure teaching Joël and his son during our first Indian cooking class. They were enthusiastic, curious, and quick to learn. I was genuinely impressed by their knowledge of Indian culture and how effortlessly they grasped the cooking techniques. Their willingness to experiment with spices and flavors made the experience fun and engaging. I’m excited to see how they continue to explore and enjoy Indian cooking in the future!
