About Christine
I am a University of London, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) graduate with a TESOL certification from London Teacher Training College (LTTC), equipping me with a deep understanding of English and the skills to teach it effectively. Previously, I served as Head of People at a tech startup, where I coached interns, guiding them toward higher education and career success. Through this role, I honed my ability to mentor individuals with empathy and encouragement, fostering both personal and professional growth. As an educator, my objective is not only to teach but to cultivate a love for learning by creating a supportive and engaging environment that encourages curiosity, builds discipline, and helps students gain confidence in their abilities.

To start, I will assess the student’s English proficiency through a brief test to understand their level and learning needs. Based on the results, I will design personalized lesson plans tailored to their needs and goals.
I believe knowledge is best absorbed in a fun, engaging environment. Thus, I incorporate games, movies, music, and storybooks into my teaching, creating a learning experience that is enjoyable and effective! Regular quizzes will complement these activities, providing valuable feedback and reinforcing progress in a meaningful way.
To note:
1. Before lessons begin, I will discuss the syllabus, lesson plans, and goals to ensure alignment with your expectations.
2. Each lesson will be 60 minutes
3. For parents, I offer bi-weekly or monthly updates, including test results and feedback on their child’s progress.
