About Paola
I am a youth leader, project coordinator, and passionate educator dedicated to empowering others through language, education, and cross-cultural exchange. With experience as a Young European Ambassador for the Western Balkans, a Board Member of the United States Embassy Youth Council Albania, and Chair of the Solidarity Action Day Movement in Europe Network, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. I am pursuing Political Science and actively working to inspire young people through initiatives that empower dialogue and learning. As an English language tutor, I combine my international experience with a learner-focused approach, helping students build confidence, fluency, and a deeper understanding of global perspectives.
