In the past, I always thought playing the guitar is all about learning and memorising notes…. But everything changed when I met Jatin, the best music teacher I have ever met.

I loved Jatin's way of teaching – it's quite unorthodox, but I really appreciate it. He moved away from the whole textbook approach and I liked how he taught us through playing the strings and using Ableton. I’m a visual learner so it was great seeing how the theory could be applied to the workstation and how much emphasis he placed on having fun and being free.

After years of kicking the tyre on of my passion for music, I decided to take musical learning seriously. I cannot believe the progress I've made since starting weekly lessons with Stefan 6 months ago. At the time of my first lesson, I knew how to play the open chords, some barre chords, and a few chord progressions. At the time of writing, I know my way around the entire fret board including the minor pentatonic (& blues pentatonic), tons of super cool blues licks, all of the modes, and have a growing understanding of music theory. I can play the Hotel California solo, and am close to being able to completely play the solo of Sweet Child O' Mine.

Although I practise a lot, this progress is thanks to Jatin's world-class mastery of both music and teaching. He is a kind, passionate and thorough teacher that will enable, and inspire, you to become the amazing musician you always wanted to be.

Very informative lesson. Today we covered sends/bus/reverb etc. We went through the basics or reverb/delay/effects but also went through some more advanced techniques. I can strongly and unequivocally recommend Jatin as an electronic music production and composition teacher! We asked Jatin to teach our 11 year old son the basics of using a DAW, composition, and production over a two-week school break during Covid lockdown, when camps and other activities weren't available.

Jatin prepared a meticulous, carefully organized, and extremely well-thought out course for our son. Each lesson had a clear plan, he had just the right level of homework to help our son progress quickly, and he was extremely focused on ensuring that our son understood the concepts and was able to grow in sophistication lesson to lesson.

I couldn't recommend Jatin enough. Very patient and extremely knowledge with an aim to improve self sufficiency. I use Ableton and after two lessons I can already hear a vast improvement in my drum patterns (as a tech house producer, this is extremely important), along with technical ability. Easy going and put me at ease straightaway. Jatin set me tasks to increase my keyboard skills and as he is versatile, he is able to teach me both production and musical knowledge which is one thing I have longed to learn more about. I'm learning guitar and music theory from Jatin sir. Besides purely technical intricacies of the instrument, he has also been an excellent guide into the world of jazz and helped me understand the how and why of music in general. He is very knowledgeable and open to so many genres and influences - I could not recommend him enough.

I have had a lot of guitar teachers over the years to try and get me playing regularly and inspire me (I'm a beginner and my problem has always been that I get bored easily, impatient and can't manage my own expectations properly and I want to become a rock star overnight). None have inspired me more than Jatin. Really patient and calm and explains the theoretical aspects of guitar playing really well. Very positive and most importantly he has helped me to manage my expectations.

The stuff we practise both in lessons and what he sets me for homework are fun and motivates me to keep playing. None of my previous teachers were ever able to do that. Each week progresses in a logical way where I understand how it's helping me take the next step. I can't recommend Jatin highly enough!

Jatin sir is very thorough and relatable and knows what beginning guitarists struggle with so he makes sure to cover all the details and urges me to master each technique before moving on to the next one. His teaching method is fantastic and really easy to understand.

Jatin is fully aware of what it means to be hip to the Groove. He understands the importance of drawing from other sources, such as RnB, Soul and Funk greats that just add a medley of ways to elevate his style as a leader of the band. Love the way Jatin plays guitar and after enrolling into his course, I can say his teaching style is awesome. I love how he not only teaches what to play but why to play what you play. How what you are feeling at the time can speak through your solo. How to read a room so to speak and then add that vibe to what you play. He taught me to understand the feel pretty well and to add emotions in my playing. He makes more sense than I am here but I highly recommend him no matter what your skill level.
