Cancellation Policy
A lesson can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson starts, but only by e-mail or telephone. In the event of a late cancellation, the following rule applies: If the lesson is cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the lesson, the customer will receive 50% of the price for this lesson back. If the lesson is cancelled later than 12 hours before the start of the lesson, it is not possible to return the money already paid. The provider prepares each individual lesson individually in order to make the lessons as efficient as possible.
