About Revathy

I grew up to be really fat and unhealthy and would face problems even while doing the basic chores or activities . With controlled nutrition and exercise i changed my body and became healthy and started loving my routine. I started at 75 kilos and currently weigh 61 kilos. And have been maintaining the same weight since 3 years.

About the lesson

No fad diets to follow. Diet will be based on full course home cooked meals with right amount of exercise and dedication.I will help by following up and taking the update on your weight loss and giving tips on how to effectively maintain the lost weight as well.
