About Jess
I am a native Mandarin speaker who is passionate about helping students learn Chinese in a supportive and encouraging environment. I believe every student learns at their own pace, so I always aim to make my lessons patient, comfortable, and easy to understand.
Although I am a beginner tutor, I am committed to preparing lessons carefully and helping students build confidence in speaking and understanding Mandarin step by step. I focus on clear communication, professionalism, and creating a positive learning experience for every student.
My goal is to help beginners feel less intimidated by learning a new language and enjoy the process through practical conversations and interactive learning methods. I am friendly, responsible, and dedicated to supporting students in achieving their language goals.

As a native Mandarin speaker, my teaching approach focuses on creating a comfortable, patient, and encouraging learning environment for students. I believe learning a language should be enjoyable and practical, especially for beginners. My lessons focus on improving speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and daily conversation skills through simple explanations and interactive practice.
I use beginner-friendly teaching methods such as conversation practice, repetition, pronunciation exercises, and real-life examples to help students build confidence step by step. I will also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s learning pace and goals.
A typical lesson usually lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s preference and level.
Although I am new to professional tutoring, I am a native Mandarin speaker and passionate about helping others learn Chinese in a simple and supportive way. I understand the challenges beginners may face and aim to make lessons relaxed and easy to follow.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, children, teenagers, and adults who want to learn basic Mandarin, improve conversational Chinese, or build a strong foundation in the language.
