About Stephen
Originally from South Africa, I found my home in the Bay of Plenty and my passion in parkour. Back in 2006, when the sport was still largely unknown, I dove headfirst into this exhilarating world, learning from fellow practitioners in Auckland and through countless hours of self-experimentation. Parkour has become more than just a sport to me; it's a way of life that has shaped my perspective and helped me overcome countless obstacles, both physical and mental. Now, I'm driven to share this passion and empower others to discover their own potential through parkour.
