About Manu
Hey! I am Manuela, an Argentinian traveling around the world for more than 5 years. I left Argentina without any knowledge of English, and I learned while I was traveling. After a while, I realized that my trip would be different speaking more English, I was meeting really interesting people but I was not able to talk with them about interesting things, because my English was so poor. But I didn’t give up. I kept practicing and studying and now I'm learning a third language :) I would love to share my (and your) travels with you while you learn Spanish. I used to hate the normal English classes at school, I prefer to learn in a more interactive way, I hope you like it too!

Lessons normally last one hour, but could be longer upon request of the student. The first class is a conversation to see the level of the student, and to set together the methodology that suits the better way to learn for them. Not every person has the facility to learn in the same way, so I always prefer to adapt the class to every student. There is always going to be grammar that I will explain and we will understand together, and then activities to apply this, also with reading and listening. Conversation will always take half of the class. I learned English while I was traveling, so I consider that conversation is the better, faster and easiest way to learn a language. All ages and levels are welcome!

I can totally recommend Manu as a Spanish teacher. A friend recommended her to me. From the first meeting we got along pretty well. Manu is a very communicative and open person and it's easy to start a conversation with her. She was flexible with my schedule. We've met once a week for 60-90 minutes. I already got some Spanish skills, so it was mainly having conversational classes and we've always found a topic to talk about. Manu gave me some homework as well and we went through it together. I really feel comfortable with her and I could improve my spoken Spanish and vocabulary. Thanks, Manu :)
