About Angelina
I am born in Toronto, mixed Salvadoran Taiwanese. I learned Spanish at home then continued to further improve my skills in University. I am trilingual in Spanish, English and Mandarin so I understand learning languages from different perspectives. My lessons are fun, relaxed and personalized. I focus on real conversations, confidence and everyday life.

My goal is to help students feel confident using Spanish in real-life situations. I focus on practical communication and personalize learning based on individual goal's and learning styles.
First starting with common phrases to learn how to have a basic conversation. Learning these through context rather than memorization, by using repetition and review to reinforce retention.
A typical lesson plan would start with review of the previous lesson, making sure we don't move on unless we fully understand the last lesson. Then introducing new concepts in grammar or vocabulary. Then exercises to learn how to apply them. Then assigning at home exercises.
My lessons are suitable for beginner-intermediate learners. Any age willing to learn from children learning a new language to adults learning Spanish for travel or work.
I have experience teaching as an early childhood educator as well and teaching music to adults. I can easily adapt and personalize lessons
