Je recommande vivement !Tom, très bon prof de Yoga. Facilité d'explication et à l'aise pour corriger des postures. En apprentissage du sanskrit. Il étudie depuis assez longtemps la bible du yoga et les pratiques de cette culture pour vous accompagner.
