Hi Everyone,
I'm Dev and I’m working at front-office Investment Banking, and here are a couple of transactions that I have closed/ working on:
1. Financial Advisor for a pre-IPO fundraising round for a global AdTech company with transaction exceeding USD 75 Mn
2. Working on the M&A of a US EMS manufacturing business with a Singapore-based PE fund
My background: IIT Kanpur, Statistics & Data Science, experience across Investment Banking and Quant Investing
