Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
My Subject Is Yoga & Wellness, and I got interested in this subject when I was working in a pharmaceutical company and marketing their products, I got an opportunity to attend a course From The Art Of Living, and I realized the Role of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayamas, Counseling, and Wellness in the society and their influences, So I decided to choose This field.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
Nobody motivated Me, I just observed myself and realized my changes after attending programs related to mental peace and wellness with The Art Of Living Organisation. And I Got interested in teaching these to humanity.
How does your work help society?
My works help people to Regain their physical and mental health and Ensure wellness and quality of life get highly improved. Iy Also helps me Make a wonderful relationship with them.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My Role model in this field is My Guru(Master) Gurudev, Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji, He's The Global Ambassador Of Peace and the organization is operating In 184 Countries, He Inspired me a lot.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
I Help Orphan Animals( Thrown to the street By humans, especially kittens & Puppies ) I like helping someone who has No One to help.

I Realised From this field after some years of experience that, this life time Is A Wonderful Opportunity To Live your life 100% With Peace, Joy, Happiness.. etc With Loving Memories and Wonderful Contributions to the world, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS - HAVE A LITTLE DISCIPLINE, A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF LIFE ALONG WITH SOME TECHNICS THAT HELPS YOU TUNING YOUR MIND AND BODY TO WORK FOR YOU.
