About Eva Lia
Since I was little I have always loved English and learning this new language was a challenge for me that I could not help but accept. Unfortunately I was quite unlucky with the English language teachers I found in my school career and I was therefore forced to take private lessons to be able to learn more about this language and do the first English Cambridge certifications (I started from Movers, then Flyers, KET , PET and then get to First)
However, since in my opinion a language is only learned well by immersing yourself in everyday speech, I spent a month in Edinburgh in a language school and in a local host family. This experience gave me back the C1 level of English three years ago. My experience with languages, however, is not over yet as I started studying German (and yes, in comparison, English was stupid). I spent a year abroad in Germany two years ago and I also obtained the C1 level in German, this experience saw both English and German the real protagonists!

I believe that the only way to really learn a new language is through listening and speaking. For this reason, during my lessons I want to speak and interact with the student only in English (obviously if there are major difficulties I have no problems translating into Italian too). If preparation for a Cambridge or Oxford exam is required, I have some material that I can make available.

Non conoscevo Eva Lia prima di andare a fare lezione di tedesco a casa sua, ma me ne avevano parlato molto bene. Quando sono arrivata ho spiegato quali fossero le mie esigenze e si è mostrata da subito carina, gentile e disponibilissima ad assecondare le mie richieste. Mi è piaciuto molto il suo metodo di dialogo e conversazione interamente in lingua tedesca e ho notato subito grandi miglioramenti! Continuo a fare conversazione con lei da molti mesi e inizierò ora la preparazione Goethe per il livello B2. È una persona molto in gamba e paziente, ve la raccomando!
