About Dorothy
I am currently a postgraduate student taking up Master of International and Development Economics at the Australian National University. Prior to my studies, I have been working as an Economist for the Philippine government.
During my undergraduate studies, I have been working as an online English tutor mostly for Japanese students. I enjoy teaching and I make sure my students not only understand but also gain confidence in speaking and writing in English.

I usually start with basic grammar and vocabulary building before I engage my students in written and oral exercises. I can also provide tips and exercises for those who wish to take the IELTS or TOEFL.
