About Jack
Background in Biology and science having completed my PhD in Physiology at UCC. My research focuses on understanding brain blood flow control mechanisms in health and disease. I have a keen interest in understanding how the body works on a day-to-day basis and maintains homeostasis throughout the lifespan.

€40 per session. Delivered online (via MS teams or alternative).
Each grind will follow a similar structure by first taking a focused look at each topic (how often this topic appears on the leaving cert exam, styles of questions asked, etc.). This will be followed by a coverage of all necessary background theory. Finally we will review previous exam questions on each specific topic.
Following each grind you will receive a copy of the lecture slides, summarised study notes, list of key definitions and a summary of all previous exam questions with sample answers.
