About Aimee
Hi there! I'm Aimée, a final year student of Modern Languages at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. I have a passion for Irish and I hope I can share it with you! I have studied Irish for more than a decade and my experience of Irish as a non-native speaker has given me an insight into the difficulties students face on their learning journey as well as the requirements of the Junior and Leaving Certificate curricula. I hope that we can work together to help you achieve your Irish language goals!

Learning a language can be challenging, but my one-to-one, hour-long lessons provide the space for students to engage with Irish in a low-pressure environment. Lessons take a hands-on approach, as I teach in Irish as far as the student's level will allow to build confidence in listening and comprehension skills. Every language learner is unique and my lessons reflect this, as I plan classes tailored to the needs and goals of each of my students. I cater to learners of all levels and ages, and offer exam-focused or conversational Irish classes.
