About Andrew
I love to teach as it gives me the opportunity to pass on my passion for the guitar. I grew up listening to Santana and Mark Knopfler and nowadays write and record in the folk singer/songwriter genre. I'm 36 and currently live on the sunny island of Cyprus and grew up in London. I look forward to meeting you soon and helping you along to achieving your guitar and musical goals!

The lessons I teach evolve from the student, and so look different each time. I start by getting to know your tastes and goals then working through songs, exercises, improvisation, music games or whatever is appropriate. I have a degree in Music performance and production from LCCM in London, a masters in Music and Sonic Media from Sussex University and have been teaching mainly beginners and intermediate children for the past fifteen years. My focus is on enjoyment and like to create a relaxed and playful atmosphere in lessons. All ages, styles and abilities are welcome although I do not teach advanced level.
