3 years ago my weight was at its highest at 245. Even being 5'11 I was overweight. I was determined to get my weight down and now I am 210. My goal is 180 and I hope you will join me on my journey!

The way my classes will proceed is firstly Yoga/Stretching to get our muscles warmed up! Then we will start off with a warm up workout that will soon transition into our actual workout. During our work out you will be allowed to have breaks so dont worry, I'm not going to try and kill you will all this eexercising. Finally at the end of our work we will end it with a cool off workout and more yoga to ensure that no one is too sore.
I am also very educated in body types and how to work out each different body type. Everyone is welcome and I promise I got you!
