About Nic
I love showing people how incredibly freeing it feels to become a proficient improviser. Knowing how to read chord charts allows us to learn new music very quickly in a way that we can easily hop in with a band, play on our friend's album, or just showoff for our loved ones. It's an incredibly personal form of self expression. Jazz improvisation has practical applications in theatre, all forms of dance music, composition, and for me, as a lifestyle and philosophy. Improvisation teaches patience, flow, and acceptance of all things in the moment - the show must go on. Sign up and let's get riffing!

Hey! I'm an artist/musician based out of Las Vegas. I play and produce music of multiple genres. I'm a knowledgeable and skilled jazz and pop/rock pianist. I was raised playing classical piano. My mother was a classically trained piano teacher herself! I started playing jazz as a teenager and studied throughout college, where I studied jazz along with electronic music and sound design.
