About Gunjita
Hi I am Gunjita, counseling psychologist from Uttarakhand. Since school I was good at being an empathetic person, although I was not aware that we call it empathy then! Psychology fascinated me the most when I observed different personalities, different coping ways people had, and why different always caught my attention.
Today, I am a qualified and experienced psychologist working closely on issues revolving around adjustment difficulties, emotional coping, breakup-moving on phases, career planning, general venting out, and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.

My sessions are structured, warm and helpful. I start from rapport building (knowing the client better, making them comfortable, identifying concerning areas, listening and letting the client vent out and then strategizing goals for the client’s betterment.
I work via CBT and Talk therapy. I am also trained in Art therapy.
