About Mohammad
I tutor A-level OCR Biology A and OCR GCSE Biology. Hello! I just completed my A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths in 2026 so I know exactly what is required of students taking these exams and I am eager to share that knowledge. I plan to regularly incorporate exam questions in my lessons so that my students build on their exam technique along with their subject knowledge. I am very passionate about the subjects I plan to teach; I regularly held tutoring sessions for my fellow classmates and juniors, teaching them the syllabus and also reviewing past papers. One of my core beliefs is that confidence and efficiency are vital to do well, so I always encourage students to be proud of their progress (even better if I can help them show off some of their knowledge at school!) I look forward to getting to know you!!

I teach A-level and GCSE OCR Biology A which I know can be challenging at times, which is why I thoroughly teach the content, paying attention and sticking close to the course specifications to make sure students learn exactly what they need to excel in their exams. Every lesson is tailored to the student's target areas, where we focus on understanding the content and practising past exam questions. This helps students to develop a greater understanding of biology and what to expect in their final exams. I regularly go over past topics, incorporating quizzes to make sure students don't forget a thing! This is a method called active recall which is proven to be one of the most effective methods to remember content. I look forward to meeting you!!
