About Mayukha
Hi! I’m a grammar school student currently studying A-levels, predicted 4 A*, and I offer tutoring for KS3 and GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, as well as 11+ Maths preparation.
I achieved A* at GCSE in the subjects I teach and I gained entry to grammar school through the 11+ with a top score. Having recently gone through these exams myself, I understand the curriculum very well and know how to explain concepts in a clear and relatable way.

My approach to tutoring is not just about memorising content. I focus on helping students properly understand topics, so they can apply their knowledge confidently to unfamiliar questions, problem-solving tasks, and exam-style questions. This builds long-term understanding rather than short-term cramming.

Mayukha has been a great help since my 11+ exam. She tutored me for a year in both maths and English in detail giving exam tips and looking out for me and my growth in learning. After that she has been a constant in help in year 9-10 biology when concepts seemed difficult to grasp and exam technique to ensure that I got the most marks possible, this reflected in my year 10 mocks and her patience makes her a very approachable tutor and friend in general.
