I have A*s in English at GCSE and while I haven't tutored previously , I love to teach as I have younger cousins who I have helped out over the years as well as students of my parents-both teachers at a secondary school

My teaching method is generally gentle as I recognise that English is not the strong suit for many children and excessive pressure and strictness not only doesn't help them, but also causes kids to recoil from the subject itself as I experienced myself as a child with maths. I am systematic and have a range of methods that I belive can engage all types of learners
