About Holly
Hi! I'm an A-level student predicted an A* in maths, physics and computer science - I also achieved grade nines in maths and physics GCSEs (and other sciences), so I'm confident that I can help you reach your potential in maths and physics. I have experience mentoring and tutoring GCSE students in physics, and I have a passion for the subjects as well as for sharing my knowledge and skills with students! Maths and physics are exciting once you cross the barrier of confusion, and I'm looking forward to helping you get there.

The benefit of having recently sat GCSEs is that I remember the struggles of learning and understanding GCSE content. My lessons focus on both gaining a strong understanding of the core mathematics and physics that underly the courses, and learning correct exam technique to get the best grades possible and avoid losing marks. Lesson length and structure will vary based on the needs of the student, but you can expect reviews of classroom topics, guidance with homework, direction with revision techniques, help understanding exam questions and mark schemes, and advice about identifying useful resources.
