About Jas
I am currently studying Maths, Physics, Biology and Further Maths as my A Levels, having achieved all As and A*s at GCSE I am passionate for learning and also helping others to learn.
I have helped tutor/mentor several students in the past, many of whom are from my school/local area. I have recently helped year 11 students with their physics GCSE and am hoping to see them achieve top grades this summer as they have recently been predicted.
I am most confident in tutoring maths and science, but also have a large range of notes and advice which may also help students with other subjects such as English, Geography or music. I am really open to help students with whatever they believe is necessary.

I have previously tutored several GCSE level students, especially in physics and have aided them by taking them through past papers, particularly in areas they do not understand as well. I give them time to fill in answers to the best of their ability and then work with them to improve their answers as much as possible. I have also helped improve their understanding of these areas by giving explanations which may be easier to understand than in textbooks.
I am willing to do whatever the student believes is necessary to improve their grade and understanding, often student led tutoring is much more effective.
