If you’d like to smash goals and achieve the best all with a smile on your face then I’d love to be the person to guide you! I have a past playing within high level football and rugby teams as well as studying sport and exercise science to gain more knowledge around training! I am more recently involved in Hybrid and Hyrox style of training. Combining strength, endurance training as well as running. Competing in many competitions as well as having clients who have done so as well.
