About Malia
Hi, I am Malia and I am a former GCSE student of 2025. On results day, I achieved 157/160 marks in English literature. Yet, that was not always the case throughout year 11, as initially, I was at a grade 5. Through all of the hard work, time, blood, sweat and tears, I achieved an amazing score, but looking back I truly believe I could’ve gotten as good, and if not a better score with less effort. Having a helping hand when learning a topic is key, and it enables you to get the best score with the least effort. I want to give you an opportunity I didn’t know I needed myself.

The truth is, learning does not have to be hard. The key to get the top grades is a mixture of two things: practice and learning from your faults. English literature was a subject that I previously struggled in, yet in my actual GCSE I received 157/160 marks. I am going to break down English literature to not only become digestible to learn, but to also become something you will begin to enjoy
