About Lucy
I walked into my first A-Level Politics lesson knowing nothing about the subject. Now, having found a great passion for Politics through my studies, I have applied for a degree in Politics and International Relations.
Over the two-year course I have learned about the different dimensions and elements there are to politics, utilising this knowledge to produce what my teachers have called undergraduate-level work. I hope this inspires my students to learn about Politics no matter the degree of knowledge they already have coming into my lessons.
I have also pursued my passion for politics outside of my education by writing articles for Voting Counts, completing politics-focused work experience, and even displaying my artwork 'Votes at 16' in a local art exhibition.
I hope my profound love for this subject can enthuse and aid my students in developing their interest in Politics.

I am a college student taking A-Levels in Politics, English Literature and French, all of which I am predicted an A* in. I am in my final year of college and hope to start a Politics and International Relations degree at the University of Sheffield in September. I believe my recent experiences in education benefit my students as I recognise what truly makes a good teacher. Through hour-long lessons, I look to provide wholly personalised teaching.
