Michael is an excellent piano teacher

My son Ilya has been having piano lessons with Michael for just over 4 years. My son started at age 8 and is a very musically gifted individual. He began lessons with a teacher from our local music hub who failed to recognise Ilya’s level and spent every lesson going through a rigid set routine. Luckily within a few weeks we found Michael and he started having lessons twice a week and within two years Michael had Ilya playing grade 7 repertoire and was offered places at the Royal Academy of Music and The Purcell School. Misha was able to understand Ilya’s ability and what was required to help it develop in the right direction which is the reason for his rapid progress. I know that Michael is able to work with all levels and ages as helped a friend of our son who had been having lessons for more than a year, was not making progress and about to give up on the piano. Michael took on Ilya’s friend and he recently passed ABRSM grade 5. Michael takes all student forward at their own speed with their own needs being catered to individually. Beyond Piano lessons Misha has been a positive influence on our son and has helped him as fine role model.

Michael is a great teacher!!! He is very knowledgeable and experienced in teaching. More importantly, she is very patient in teaching and always on time. I would definitely recommend Michael as your piano teacher.
