About Katie
I've been a public librarian since 2013. As part of that job, I've spent time teaching patrons about technology, teaching coworkers about computer updates, and teaching myself about all aspects of library world, to include literacy. I love teaching and professional development. I still remember lessons learned in college about teaching English to K-12 students. I'm committed to researching any question put to me by a student.

I'm happy to address lessons to the individual student's needs for passing a test, class, or general knowledge. I have a degree in English Education for high school students but have experience helping in elementary and middle school English classrooms. When tutoring, I talk through issues and use examples for students to fully grasp a concept.
