About Miguel
Greetings Students!
My name is Miguel, I am 28 years old and I have a degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon. Specialized in linguistics and English literature.
I am young, understanding, passionate, diligent and I love teaching. But I like it even more when I see evolution in a student and that is my main objective.
I excel at creative writing in English: I love literature, poetry or even cinema. I get lost reading a book and I always try to find out more.
I have the knowledge and confidence to provide you with reliable and correct information.

If you have difficulty with your written and/or spoken English or simply want to improve academically, I am happy to help you on your way. I aim to make any student of mine an excellent speaker, an excellent listener and keen to interpret any excerpt he reads.
My class is an unconventional method. Some examples are text analysis and real-world situations. I don't think learning grammar in a one-dimensional way is appropriate. We study grammar as doubts arise to terms it in context, which will help you understand grammar with much less effort and memorization.
If you want to improve your English, stimulate your critical thinking and do it in a way that you have fun, then contact me, I adapt easily to your goals and way of learning.
