About Daniel
Daniel is a third year Psychological Science student with a strong interest in psychology informed coaching. He has personally engaged with many of the techniques he now incorporates into his work, giving him both academic and lived experience of the approaches he uses.
He has worked across a range of mental health and human services roles and has completed an internship under the supervision of a clinical psychologist, providing exposure to professional practice and ethical standards within psychological settings.
Daniel approaches his work with respect, openness and professionalism. He believes people should be treated as equals and places high value on integrity, character and individual differences. His coaching style reflects these values through a collaborative, non-judgemental and structured approach.

Daniel’s approach to coaching is structured, goal oriented, reflective and informed by psychology. He utilises a range of psychological techniques, primarily psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural approaches applied within a non-clinical coaching context.
Written notes are provided where appropriate and out of session tasks or exercises are often set to support continuity and progress between sessions.
