I am a student studying in Community Engagement. Before that, I was a daycare and Pre-K teacher for two years. I am quite familiar with child psychology! I love helping people overcome their obstacles in life. I’m more than willing to help!

My favorite method to use is teaching coping skills that can be used outside of coaching. I’m also a strong believer in mindfulness and positive self-talk. I like to teach what the skills are, how they can be used, then allow the student to apply the skills.
