About Roxy
Hi! I’m a pretty average person with a beyond average need to help. I graduated with a psychology degree from University of Texas at Austin, and since then I’ve been taking life coaching and happiness-related courses on sites such as Udemy and Coursera.
While living the ‘average’ life, my undiagnosed neurodivergence caused me to create tools to have a deeper understanding and empathy of those around me. My corporate life in startups taught me grit through the unique challenges faced in day to day. And, I have survived three layoffs and built a plan for self-preservation in a seemingly impossible work landscape.
I think my unique blend of life coaching + psychology knowledge, along with neurodivergence and real-life experience will make me a coach that helps you see the glass as ‘half full’ and gain a deeper sense of calm and self-worth.
